Takabajee's Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between takabajee ("we", "us", "the Platform") and anyone who uses the website or app ("you", "the user"). By creating an account or using our services on takabajee, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

To use takabajee's services, you must:

• You must register under your own identity — not under someone else's name or with false information
• The platform must be used voluntarily and with full awareness.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law

To register on takabajee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual is allowed only one account can be opened. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• Full name (as shown on your national ID)
• Date of birth (registration is not accepted for users under 18)
• Active mobile number
• Email address (optional, but helpful for receiving bonuses)

Takabajee may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Takabajee supports the most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted payment options are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500
• The maximum single deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Depositing from another person's account is strictly prohibited

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes

General Bonus Terms:

• Welcome Bonus Applies to new members only, on their first deposit
• For each bonus Wagering Requirement (wagering requirement) applies — meaning you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
• Bonuses are valid for a set period; any unused bonus will be forfeited once the time expires
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted
• Some games may contribute less or more toward bonus wagering requirements

Takabajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Accounts may be investigated if bonus abuse is suspected.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on takabajee at all times. These rules cover Sports Betting, casino games, and Live Casino.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless takabajee initiates the cancellation
• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, takabajee reserves the right to void the affected bet
• Takabajee is not responsible for any missed bets in live betting due to internet disconnection
• Placing bets on the same outcome from multiple accounts will result in all such bets being voided
• If you have any doubts about the odds, contact support before placing your bet

All games on takabajee use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is regularly audited by independent reviewers. Game outcomes are completely fair and not predetermined.

Takabajee believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

Features you can manage directly from your account:

• Daily Deposit Limit — Set a daily limit on how much you can deposit
• Session Limit — Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session
• Loss Limit — Automatically stop playing after reaching a set loss amount
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily close your account for a set period (from 24 hours up to 6 months)
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a short break; your account stays active but betting will be paused

The following activities are strictly prohibited on takabajee. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's details
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse or bonus hunting)
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Placing bets on behalf of or in support of minors

Takabajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a terms violation
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• Court orders or directives from law enforcement agencies
• Self-Exclusion at Member's Own Request

If your account is closed and you have a valid balance with no terms violations, that amount will be refunded. However, your balance may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

Takabajee is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited in certain situations:

• If a bet is missed due to internet disconnection or a third-party network issue
• If an issue arises due to the user's own device or browser
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues
• If a user suffers a loss by sharing their login credentials with someone else

Takabajee is not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or missed business opportunities. Our total liability is always limited to the user's current account balance.

Takabajee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
